The DishWasher/General Utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the unit along with standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.
Prepares or directs preparation of food served using established production procedures and systems.
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. The Line Cook is responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and fraud.
This position plays a major role in a guest's dining experience. As a Busser you will clean tables, booths, and chairs, quickly removing dirty dishes, and transfer all items to the dish area. Bussers will occasionally help deliver food to tables. Bussers must be professional and friendly.

Our Hosts/Hostesses are the first employees to make an impression on our guests! This position is responsible for greeting guests at the door, thanking them as they depart, and assisting guests with questions/requests. The host/hostess seats and presents clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner. Collects Cover Charge and sell Retail merchandise when necessary.
